Olive Oil & Herb Popcorn
Ingredients
1/4 cup delicate Extra Virgin Olive Oil, plus more for drizzling
1/2 cup popcorn kernels
2 sprigs rosemary
kosher salt
freshly ground pepper.
Instructions
In a large, covered pot, heat the olive oil, popcorn kernels and rosemary over medium – high heat.
Gently shake the pot until the popping slows, about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and transfer popcorn to a large bowl.
Drizzle with more Extra Virgin Olive Oil ( DiaManz Culinaire) & with salt & pepper.
Variations
Try adding fresh, whole garlic cloves to the pan while the popcorn pops.
Add grated parmesan to the bowl of popcorn or even a dash of Truffle Oil ( DiaManz Culinaire)!
